Michael Esordi
Founder and Creative Director
Always an innovator and committed to design thinking, Michael founded Duotribe in California almost twenty years ago before relocating it to New England in 2004 and now to our new home in New Orleans. He has worked with clients such as Edison International, NASA/JPL, Sony (SDDS), Prime Sports TV, Trimark Pictures Hollywood, Thayer School at Dartmouth College, The New York Times, Disney, and the San Diego Padres.
For over ten years, Michael had also directed the design and digital strategy for Care New England Health System in Rhode Island. He had been instrumental in growing the creative to encompass brand identity, digital marketing, design, video production, and advertising while always striving to bring innovation into the corporate healthcare environment. In 2014, Michael concepted and created a successful and innovative event “Collaboration = Innovation: A Discussion on Transforming the Future of Health Care through Design” that brought together leaders from Care New England, Rhode Island School of Design, and Brown University Medical School. He has also been a guest critic at Brown University Warren Alpert Medical School where he reviewed and evaluated medical student innovation projects.
In his corporate career, Michael has served as Creative Director for one of the first internet marketing companies in California and as Art Director for Troxel Cycling and Fitness, where he pioneered state-of-the-art innovations for helmet assembly and graphics application.
His educational background includes a BFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with studies at Brown University and University of Canterbury.

Diana Esordi
Partner
Diana became a partner at Duotribe in 2013 when the company philosophy embraced a science of design approach. She was a perfect fit at the company as she was able to merge her creative and regulatory experience.
Diana has over a decade of experience working in the regulatory world as a Director for international medical device companies like Siemens Healthcare and national companies like CVS. She has an extensive background in regulatory and quality with a proven track record with FDA and notified bodies in terms of product clearances and successful corporate audits. As a consultant she has worked with medical device, pharmaceutical, biologic, diagnostic, and cosmetic companies to provide global regulatory intelligence and high-level strategies.
She was also a partner at a successful commercial photo studio in southern California that had global clients such Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Nike, Jazzercise, Grey Goose Vodka, and Gekkeikan Sake.
She holds a BS in Microbiology with an emphasis in Chemistry and an English minor from San Diego State University.
